Zone Establishment (FZE) for a single shareholder or a Free
Zone Company (FZCO) for multiple shareholders.
Trade Name Reservation
Choose a unique trade name for your company and reserve it
with DAFZA, ensuring that it complies with DAFZA's naming
guidelines.
License Application
Submit a license application to DAFZA, specifying the type of
license required for your business activity. DAFZA offers
various types of permits, including trade licenses, service
licenses, and industrial licenses.
Office Space
Select an appropriate office space within DAFZA that meets
your business requirements. DAFZA offers a range of office
options, from flexi-desks to larger office spaces.
Share Capital
Determine the share capital requirements based on your chosen
legal structure. The minimum share capital for an FZE is AED
100,000, while an FZCO requires AED 250,000.
Documents and Forms
Prepare the necessary documents, including a completed
application form, passport copies of shareholders and
directors, business plan, and Memorandum of Association (MOA)
or Articles of Association (AOA).
Registration and Licensing
Submit all the required documents to DAFZA for review. Once
approved, you will receive a registration certificate and a
trade license.
Visa Processing
If you require residency visas for yourself and your
employees, initiate visa processing through DAFZA by providing
the necessary documents, such as passport copies, photographs,
and medical fitness certificates.
Lease Agreement
Sign a lease agreement with DAFZA for your chosen office
space. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the
tenancy.
